 Methodology: Are the used methods clearly described? Are the experimental design and the methods, the most appropriate to reach the objectives? Is it possible to duplicate the investigation with the elements exposed in this section? Are the used statistical methods appropriate?

Results: Are they presented in an appropriate and coherent way? Does it represent a too detailed description of the charts and figures?

 Charts: Are all of them necessary or they duplicate the information presented in the text or in the figures? Are some of them able to be transformed in figures to summarize or to facilitate the understanding of the data? Are these too overloaded of information? Are those headed a good description of them?

 Figures: Are all of them necessary or they representing a duplication of the data presented in the results or in the charts? Is all the presented information readable? Do they contribute important information or they are irrelevant for the presentation of the results? Are those headed a good description of them?

 Discussion: Do errors of interpretation of the presented data exist? Is the whole discussion significant? Are there important aspects of the results that they are not discussed? Does it repeat information of Results section? Are statements made not sustained by the data or other authors?

 Conclusions: Do they represent logical conclusions of the work based on the discussion or they are a repetition of the results?

 References: Does correspondence exist among the references mentioned in the text and this section? The cited references are necessary all of them or it could dispense with some one? Is the bibliographical revision effective and concise?

 Extension: Is this able to be cut without losing quality or relevant information?

 Pertinence: Is an original work? Does the article represent a contribution to the scientific knowledge? Is the topic appropriate for GEOMINAS magazine?

 Quality: In general, does the manuscript style have quality to be published? Could it improve in some form?

Verdict: The work is: PUBLISHABLE WITHOUT MODIFICATIONS, PUBLISHABLE WITH CORRECTIONS, NOT PUBLISHABLE.
